Before I get to that, yes, I am home yet again. I had a really nice trip. I will have to say that Vera Bradley treated us very well. We had a constant supply of food, good food, not skimpy. They produced a special bag for us in one of the new patterns that you can't order, they gave us unlimited access to these cute note pads and some mints they are doing for breast cancer next year. It was so nice to talk to Vera retailers from other parts of the country. Oh and what a surprise, Pat Miller who is one of the founders of the company ate breakfast with my mom and I on Monday morning. I felt really special. The owners mixed and mingled and didn't sit secluded afraid to talk to anyone.
So on to the excitement. For those of you who don't know where I work, it is a little town right outside of Baton Rouge. Not much goes on here but when it does it is a big deal. Yesterday the Vietnam Wall reproduction travelled through on the way to it's next stop. There were supposed to be about 3000 motorcycles but I don't think there were near that many. I took some pictures of the todo. It doesn't look that impressive when looking at the pictures but it really was sorta neat.
I took more pictures but when I posted them you couldn't really see. I can tell what they are. There were some really neat motorcycles. Did I say that already? Anyway, this is a picture of the truck they were escorting.
Ok, off to work now. Have a great day!
